Sorcerer is an undeservedly overlooked film, featuring Schneider two years after the success of Jaws. This may be better appreciated if seen before the 1953 original, Wages of Fear--as it is inferior. This one throws a lot more story. It takes an hour to get to the haul——you might question if it's a remake. And even then it might be too shaky for realism. Still, it's quality 70's entertainment.
