Campbell, the director of GoldenEye and Casino Royale, delivers a ridiculous, fun, and somewhat smart action flick with Chan and Brosnan. Chan's portrayal of the immigration experience is a unique motive for kicking a bunch of ass, and Brosnan's tie-ups with Irish nationalist terrorists is a Western conundrum seldom seen in an action-justice flick like this. Chan's old age stunts still impress.
