An eerie pitch black overture unwinds you into a diabolic abyss, tuning your ears for a score to ungodly torment. Nixing a substantial percentage of story from its source, the film sticks to the daily life of a family's dream home perched by Hell, of which the breadwinner is a senior manager. A well-staged historical reenactment with the sounds of machinery and suffering saturating the atmosphere.
