No Way Home was a detour from the Marvel Universe that brought us the much adored Maguire's Spider-Man. Multiverse ups the game by including the superhero era's mastermind Sam Raimi into a dimension-hopping sequel. Multiverse is to horror as Ragnarok was to comedy. With Raimi's occult imagery and genuinely terrifying scenes, it's no doubt the most dark and gothic of the all ages Marvel films.
