Cop Movie is the sibling film to this year's Midnight Family, the documentary that followed an entreprenureal ambulance family's hard nights in the Mexico City streets. Cop Movie isn't necessarily a documentary per se but the on-screen narrations and likely reenactments don't feel far from that. There are some clever and funny scenes, but a more traditional narrative might have been more engaging.
