Miseducation introduces us a now famous aspect of American culture: gay conversion therapy. The film genuinely explores the fundamentalism and identity issues young LGBT caught in the middle of the Christian community and their leaders might endure. Chloe and the ensemble cast do some great acting here. The film stops short of being preachy, and leads its characters to their own private Idahos.
