Seeing Will Ferrel on the producer credits is a surprise considering the serious skewing of American politics in this analysis of former Vice President Dick Cheney's contributions to turbulent culture of the US today. Handled similarly with direct monologues as in The Big Short, Vice arguably hits the nail on the head pretty well in showing why the country has changed so much in the last 20 years.
