Luckily it lived up to my expectations. I've been waiting for the new one for a long time and finally saw it today eating a soggy hotdog. All the cast were steadily really amazing and young Spok logically makes his mind when he gets an order form his Captain Kirk as always. This time they don't really argue about what they are gonna do though. Recommend that you rewatch the previous ones: Star Trek 2009 and Into the Darkness, which would make it more enjoyable for you I suppose. Wish Anton and Leonard would come back to the next Star Trek..Rest in peace
