This is a story of Jackie Robinson. He was a first black Major League Baseball player in the modern period. This story is after World War Two. At that time South Of America had Black discrimination law. So black people had been discriminated by government in many case. White people and black people were separated. And White people always stood advantages. Jackie Robinson raised up in that time. He was born in Georgia He had four older brother and he was the youngest child. But unfortunately his father had gone to somewhere when he was six months. So his mother engaged to rise up her children. Jackie Robinson had played baseball since he was young. He was good at any sports. He played baseball at Kansas Monarchs the team belonged to Negro league. When it came to playing baseball, nobody even came close to him. One day he accepted an offer to play as a member of Dodgers. This happening was unprecedented. Because At that period, black people had been got but handling. One day Branch Rickety squat Jackie Robinson. And Rickety said “I want a player who's got the guts not to fight back.” Actually Jackie Robinson was sometime lose his control. He couldn't stood for black discrimination. But he decided to have the guts not to fight back. The challenge of Jackie Robinson to play baseball at Major League was started from here. When it came to black person started to play baseball at Major League, a lot of people oppose it not only audience but also his teammates. But he endured. He had never fought back. And he recorded the highest performance. People admitted him gradually as he left his good performance. He became a hero. Finally his work was admitted by everyone even though he was black. And his work influenced political thinking too. Through this movie, it tells us the importance of having the guts not to fight back. Of course now that black discrimination is thought bat thing. But at that times of the movie, black discrimination was a common thing. Sometimes black peoples tried to fight back. But it was returned by rights. But Jackie Robinson proved his insist by having guts not to fight back. This sprites is very strong. I feel something deep in my mind when I watched the movie. I thought this movie was just a baseball movie before I watch. But after I watched the movie, I noticed that the movie is not just a baseball movie. This is the best movie I have ever watched.
