「Cronenberg's Psychic Showdown」スキャナーズ　Dan Knightonさんの映画レビュー（感想・評価）

The film begins with its infamous head explosion scene and doesn't stop there. This sci-fi mini epic is full of stare-down psycho battles which are a fine combination of expressive acting, gross-out make-up work, and jogging the audience's imagination. It's a lean cut of weirdness signature to the director's work. It might be a little choppy but it dates well in its modern film-noir aesthetics.
