EO is the story of a donkey through time and space. It's a whimsical adventure tale. But what really stands about the film is its high artistry in traversing dimensions. If you enjoy Gaspar Noe's films and the final half hour of Kubrick's 2001 then, here you have a film that aspires to tap in that realm at the bare minimum. The now 87-year-old director Skolimowski has one hell of a stylish mind.
