Right in time with Chapelle's press about his stand-up rant involving the transgender community is a film that explores Emma, an adolescent girl who has coming-of-age complications after her father decides to get a sex change. Her character is quite reserved; often a face of helplessness contrasted with the events on screen make you feel her pain. A literary but quick film with unique perspective.
