Global warming has made Miami a Venician slum. Nick runs a business letting people visit memories in enhanced VR. A peculiar client segues into a love affair which crosses over into his part-time gig as a technician for criminal sleuths. It's like a small-town spin-off to Blade Runner. The flashback visuals are inventive. Hard to follow at times, but writer/director Joy is a fearless raconteur.
