一族の宿痾を背負った
恵まれない体躯の若者（プレデター）が主人公。

観始めてほどなく、
予告編の映像が払底する。

しばらくは、
これはハズレか？
と思ってたが、
生き残るのも大変な弱肉強食の惑星で
様々な出会いを経て、
物語はある意味大団円を迎える。

気が付けば、
体躯に恵まれない
若いプレデターは、
一族の抱える宿痾を
跳ね飛ばす戦士へと変貌を遂げる。

最後には
【頑張れ】と応援する心持ちになっていた事に
少々驚くとともに、
少しも嫌な感じはしなかった。

強敵と書いて【友（とも）】と呼ぶ
週刊少年ジャンプ的な展開は
どうも熱くなる様だ。

熱くなる映画です。
見た目が怖いプレデターが
不思議と好きになる、
そんな映画です。

The protagonist is a young Predator—physically small and burdened with the hereditary curse of his clan.

Not long after I started watching, I realized the trailer had already shown most of the flashy scenes.

For a while, I thought, Is this one of those duds?
But as the story unfolded—on a brutal planet where survival itself is a struggle—the encounters he experiences gradually lead to an unexpected, almost grand ending.

Before I knew it, that physically frail young Predator had transformed into a warrior capable of breaking free from his clan’s curse.

By the end, I was genuinely rooting for him—and was a bit surprised to find that it didn’t feel strange at all.

In the classic Weekly Shonen Jump sense of the phrase, “a formidable foe is also a friend,” the story hits that same fiery note.

It’s a movie that stirs your blood.
A film that somehow makes you grow fond of a creature who looks terrifying.
