Here's a movie no one was expecting: a DIY doc on transcendental meditation featuring Morgan Freeman, David Lynch, and the Beatles. With the Beatles' Disney feature last year, this little movie about a photo set sitting in a guy's basement for half a century is a singular contrasting statemement. The filmmaker's daughter's skepticism keeps the film from drifting too far outside the secular.
