「【This Is A Life】」エブリシング・エブリウェア・オール・アット・ワンス　Chang Kohさんの映画レビュー（感想・評価）

エンドロールに流れるSon Lux「This Is A Life」が本作テーマそのもの。Louis Armstrong 「What a Wonderful World」あたりが流れる⁉︎かと勝手に想像してた。

マイノリティに眼差しを向けながらも普遍的・根源的主題を描く如何にもA24が手掛けた作風。個人的には混沌ストーリーの中に真理を描くならもうちょっとこれ見よがしの誘導するような台詞を少なくしても良かった印象。

人間の限りない未来に多様性を描写する、ぐうの音も出ない絶対的テーマに加え、アジア系・母に妻に労働者としての女性像・家族愛・LGBTQとアカデミー賞を筆頭に賞を獲りにいってる感が凄い。

主演ミシェル・ヨーが魅力的だったのも然ることながら、子供の頃大好きだった『インディ・ジョーンズ 魔宮の伝説』『グーニーズ』に出演してたキー・ホイ・クァンを久々に見れてちょっと感動!現在51歳とのこと、そら俺も歳食うわと妙に納得。
