One of Britain's most bemusing King Arthur tales gets its Pan Labyrinthian treatment. In familiar A24-style, Green Knight is a colorful adventure, stylized with cult-like imagery, with fantasy dreams conjured at a Peter Jackson scale. Lowery certifies he's among the brilliant of the new generation of directors. Patel leads with finesse. Could afford to be a little shorter but charming nontheless.
