Paul Veerhoven does what he does best in a sacrilegous plot with gratuitous lesbian nun sex scenes. Inspired by a true tale in a convent in central Italy, with demons, in French. True to the era it portrays as a costume drama, the film is a punk look at gender roles developing in the Catholic European Renaissance. Basically a pink eiga with a high IQ, fans of the director shouldn't miss it.
