Hong Kong's best directors collab for a collection of short films that serve as various forms of poetry on this magnificent city-state. It's pretty low-key entertainment, not quite as artsy as Taiwan's Three Times, some of it cute like mainstream mainland cinema. It's already a time capsule given the vast changes that have occurred since the uprisings and clampdown of the COVID police state.
