Loveless is the story of a missing child set in Russia during the coming dawn of Ukraine's Maidan Revolution in 2012. While it was made during the war in Donbas, the film seems to foreshadow the coming Ukraine-Russia full scale war quite horrowingly. The director stated he is not a political director. Certainly he is not in the literal sense; but the images tell us much more than words can.
