「可観測と再現性とObservability and Reproducibility」死霊館　最後の儀式　新米エヴァンゲリストさんの映画レビュー（感想・評価）

異論はあるでしょうけど
私の中で【科学的】の定義は
可観測と再現性です。
つまり観測できる方法が見つかり
その方法に従えば、
同じように観測できる再現性が確認できる時
その事象は科学の領域に入る
と思っています。

最近、YouTubeチャンネル「七四六家」の影響で
半透明な人（巷では幽霊）の見方が変わってきました。

半透明な人が見えて
話ができる人と
半透明な人がレギュラーの中にいます。
他に民俗学のオタクな人、
それらを取りまとめる人がいます。

見ている限り、
観測できているのは
見える人だけですが、
半透明な人たちの在り方は
再現性があるように見えます。

前置きが長くなりましたが、
そこで聞いた事を鑑みると、
この映画で出てくる悪魔的な存在は
やっぱり、
もとは人だった存在なんじゃないかと。

生前触れた、宗教観から
悪魔のイメージを学び
そこからインスピレーションを受け
悪魔の様な振る舞いをしているのかなと。

半透明な人の中に、
現実世界に干渉する方法を見つける人がいて
そうして
「悪魔だぁ、恐ろしいだろ？ワイルドだろぉ？」
と振る舞ってるんじゃないかと。

そうすると、これからの可能性としては
漫画やアニメの影響で
そのキャラクターの様に振る舞う
半透明な人が出てくるんじゃないかと
この映画を見ながら思ってしまった。

映画に描かれたあの時代まで
アメリカ人の知る
悪魔のイメージは
ある意味あのくらいで、
配信サービスが盛んになり、
日本の漫画がこれだけ読まれ
見られる時代になると、
といろんな事を考えてしまった。

There may be differing opinions, but in my view, the definition of something “scientific” lies in observability and reproducibility.
That is, when a method of observation can be established, and when following that method allows others to observe the same phenomenon in the same way — that’s when the subject enters the realm of science.

Recently, influenced by the YouTube channel “Nana-Shi-Ro-Ke” (746-Family), my perspective on half-transparent people — what most would call ghosts — has changed.

Among the show’s regular members are people who can see and talk to these half-transparent figures, along with a folklore enthusiast and someone who moderates them all.

From what I can tell, only those who can see them are truly observing the phenomenon, yet the behavior and nature of these half-transparent beings appear to show a kind of reproducibility.

This is a long preface, but considering what I’ve learned there, I can’t help thinking that the demonic entities appearing in this film were originally human beings.

In life, they were exposed to religious ideas — learned the imagery of demons — and perhaps drew inspiration from that, coming to act like demons themselves.

Among these half-transparent people, there may be some who discover ways to interfere with the physical world, and in doing so, they act out as if to say,
“Behold, I am a demon! Frightening, isn’t it? Wild, right?”

If that’s the case, then in the future, it’s not impossible that we’ll start seeing half-transparent people who behave like characters from manga or anime — influenced by the stories and images they absorbed. That thought crossed my mind while watching the film.

Up until the era depicted in the movie, the American image of “the demon” was probably about at that stage of development.
But now, with streaming services flourishing and Japanese manga being read and watched all over the world, I found myself wondering — what kind of “demons” will we imagine next?
