「Murder He Wrote」ミゼリコルディア Dan Knightonさんの映画レビュー(感想・評価)
Murder He Wrote
Director Alain Guiraudie once again masterfully captures the understated tension among his characters in Misericordia. While his films explore homosexual themes and insecurities with more depth and earnestness than many mainstream works, Guiraudie's distinctive style ensures that his storytelling remains accessible to a wide audience.
The inclusion of a Catholic priest adds a timely dimension to the narrative, particularly when compared to Conclave, this year's Best Picture nominee. However, Misericordia is undoubtedly the bolder and more audacious of the two.
