「経済的に豊かになることは重要だBecoming Economically Prosperous is Important」アプレンティス　ドナルド・トランプの創り方　新米エヴァンゲリストさんの映画レビュー（感想・評価）

原題は「The Apprentice」で見習いと言う意味。

世間を渡る術を知らなかった
若きトランプが、いかにして、
生き馬の目を抜く世間と渡り合っていくのか
を描いている。

反トランプの人からすれば、
【ほら見たことか、やっぱり酷い奴だ！】
になるんだろうな。
今のコンプライアンスからすれば、
出てくる有力者の数々は
とんでもないし、
あり得ない、だろう。

個人的な体験からすると、
1980年代から今世紀に至るまで、
SNSが発達するまでは、
世間はあんな感じだった。
今でもある意味変わっていないかもしれない。
（それは駆逐されつつあるが）

今から30年くらい前は、
大人たちはあれくらい荒々しかったし
ガチンコな感じだった。

その観点からこの映画を観た
と思ってくれれば幸いです。

若きトランプは、
野心家で、自分考えたアイデアで
生まれ育ったニューヨークを良くしよう！
良くしたい！と思っていた、と。
ただそのアイディアは、父親を始めとする
上の世代から、相手にもされていなかった。

そんな時、悪名高き弁護士ロイ・コーンと出会うのだ。

彼から学んだ世渡り術を
【真摯に学び？】、
夢を実現させて行く。

実際、彼のやったことで、
放置されていたマンハッタンに
投資を呼び込んだのは事実なのだ。

個人的にはこの映画を観て、
トランプさんは、
若い頃から一貫して変わっていないのかも
と思った。

自分のやれること、
その及ぶ範囲、
応援してくれる人を
経済回してみんなで豊かになろう
って言ってるだけな気がするのだ。

それらを実現するためなら、
交渉を厭わない。

つい先日、世界を驚かせ
物議を醸したアイディアも
そこに住む人たちを豊かにして
持続的に食べていけるように、
2度と争いの起こらない地にするために
本気で言っている気がしてならないのだ。

今の僕には彼を非難する人々の言動は
問題を解決に向けて1ミクロンも前進させない
【きれいごと】にしか聞こえない。

The original title is The Apprentice, meaning “trainee” or “learner.”

This film depicts how a young Trump, who was unfamiliar with the ways of the world, learned to navigate the ruthless and competitive society.

For those who are anti-Trump, this will likely be a confirmation of their views:
“See? I told you he was a terrible person!”

From today’s perspective on compliance, many of the powerful figures that appear in this story would be seen as outrageous and unacceptable.

Based on my personal experiences, I can say that from the 1980s to the early 2000s—before social media took off—the world operated in a similar way. In some ways, it may not have changed much even now, though such an approach is being gradually phased out.

About 30 years ago, adults were rougher, more direct, and engaged in serious, no-holds-barred interactions.

I hope you can watch this film from that perspective.

Young Trump was ambitious. He wanted to improve the New York he was born and raised in—he genuinely wanted to make it better.
However, his ideas were dismissed by the older generation, including his own father.

Then, he encountered the infamous lawyer Roy Cohn.

From Cohn, Trump learned the art of survival—earnestly?—and used those skills to turn his dreams into reality.

The fact remains that he succeeded in attracting investment to a neglected Manhattan.

Personally, after watching this film, I feel that Trump has remained consistent throughout his life.

He simply focuses on what he can do, the scope of his influence, and those who support him—trying to generate economic prosperity for everyone.

To achieve that, he is never afraid to negotiate.

Even the recent, controversial idea that shocked the world—I can’t help but feel that he is genuinely proposing it to ensure the prosperity and sustainability of the people living there, turning the area into a place where conflict will never arise again.

At this point, the criticisms against him sound like nothing more than hollow idealism—offering not even a micrometer of progress toward solving real problems.
