ジェームズ・アンドリュー・エリック・フェルプス（James Andrew Eric Phelps、1986年2月25日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優。身長191cm。

略歴

イングランド・バーミンガム出身。一卵性双生児の兄、オリバー・フェルプスは同じく俳優。オリバーはジェームズより13分早く生まれた。2000年に二人で『ハリー・ポッターと賢者の石』のオーディションを受け、兄弟でフレッド、ジョージ役となった。
