「令和の人情物語A Tale of Humanity in the Reiwa Era」愚か者の身分　新米エヴァンゲリストさんの映画レビュー（感想・評価）

驚く様なバイオレンスなシーンも
あるけれど、
途中から、落語の人情ものか
昭和の極道人情ものを見ている様な
そんな感覚に襲われる。

ある意味、今、
この令和に存在するであろう
社会の一面を表している。

観て考えてしまったのは、
この内容が現在のリアルを捉えてるのなら
大風呂敷を広げて良いのなら
日本は、長らく経済的に
若者を見捨てて来たのではないか？
ということ。

経済的に見捨てられると、
生活が困り、
医療が受けられなくなり、
教育の機会が減り、
働き口が無くなる。

ここに描かれるのは
それらからこぼれ落ちた若者たちと
かつて若者だった者たちで、
裏社会に手を染めてしまったけれど
人としての情が捨てきれない
心が残っている者たちの物語だ。

日本語もままならず、
制度を悪用する者に支援を回す前に、
ここに描かれるような若者たちを
助ける仕組みがあってもいいのではないか。
そんな事を考えてしまった。

Though it features some astonishingly violent scenes,
as the story unfolds, I found myself feeling as though
I were watching a human drama straight out of a rakugo tale—
or perhaps a Showa-era yakuza film filled with sentiment and honor.

In a sense, it reflects one facet of the society
that surely exists in today’s Reiwa Japan.

What came to mind as I watched was this:
if this story truly captures our current reality,
then—at the risk of sounding grandiose—
hasn’t Japan, for a long time,
economically abandoned its younger generations?

When people are abandoned economically,
their lives become difficult,
they lose access to medical care,
their educational opportunities shrink,
and their chances for work disappear.

This film portrays those young people
who have slipped through the cracks of such a society—
and those who once were young—
men and women who have fallen into the underworld,
yet still cannot discard their humanity,
still carry a trace of compassion in their hearts.

Before channeling support to those
who can scarcely speak Japanese
and exploit the system,
perhaps we should build a way
to help young people like the ones depicted here.
That’s what this film made me think about.
