huluにてオリジナルは鑑賞済み。

オリジナルの背景が
驚異的なまでに写実的だったため
キャラが実写に入れ替わっても
全く違和感なく、
むしろ現実の人になった事で
キャラの違いが際立って
見やすくなった。

オリジナルの裏側にあったであろうエピソードが
見事に違和感なく追加され、
よくまとまっていたと思う。

白山乃愛さんの存在感が半端なく
彼女と相思相愛に中学生くらいでなったら
そりゃ30まで引きずるよな
と思わせてくれる。

ドラマ「Dr.チョコレート」はもう2年前か。

ミモフタモナイコトヲイウト
中学生の時に、
強烈な印象を残す相手と相思相愛になったけど
物理的に遠く離れる事になり
結果、その後二人の良い人をスルーする
一人の男の話になる。

完全に男側目線のお話。

ただ、物語の流れと
美しすぎる映像で、
観るものを（良い意味で）ねじ伏せてくる。

誰もに【少しずつ】あったかもしれない
と感傷に浸る（たぶん主に男性？）には
充分に美しい映画でした。

劇中の山崎まさよしさんの名曲と
米津玄師さんの主題歌が素晴らしく
満足のいく作品でした。

会場は若い観客でいっぱいでした。

I’d already seen the original on Hulu.

Because the original backgrounds were astonishingly realistic, the transition to live-action actors felt completely natural—if anything, the characters stood out more clearly, making the story easier to connect with.

The newly added episodes, which likely existed behind the scenes of the original, blended in seamlessly and tied the narrative together beautifully.

Noa Shiroyama’s presence was incredible.
If you fell in mutual love with someone like her in middle school,
well, of course you’d still be haunted by it at thirty.

Hard to believe “Dr. Chocolate” was already two years ago.

To put it bluntly,
this is a story about a boy who, after falling in deep mutual love during middle school, is separated by distance—and as a result, ends up passing by two wonderful people later in life.
It’s entirely told from the man’s perspective.

Yet the flow of the story and the overwhelmingly beautiful imagery sweep the viewer away—in the best possible way.

It’s a film so beautiful that it allows viewers (probably men, mostly) to sink into nostalgia for something they might have experienced—bit by bit—in their own lives.

The songs were perfect: Masayoshi Yamazaki’s classic featured in the film and Kenshi Yonezu’s theme song both elevated the experience.
Overall, it was a deeply satisfying work.

The theater was packed with young audiences.
